Improve muscle tone, get fitter, stronger, lose weight, improve all round fitness and strength. Whatever you need we can design a programme TOGETHER to help you achieve your goals. I will coach you to live and feel better mentally and physically.
Initial one hour consultation with me. Via Skype/Zoom
After 4 weeks, we de load for a week, check in, then design a new 4 week plan!!
